Studio One Japanese Official Agency

Studio One sits at the summit of Jamaican record labels, its history going back to the 1950s. It was established by Sir Clement 'Coxsone' Dodd, who is often referred to as the father of reggae.
It is the most important studio in Jamaica, the site where artists such as Bob Marley, Lee Perry and Burning Spear learned how to make music and thereafter walked their own path.
Studio One has been called both a reggae university and the Motown of reggae. It can also be considered an invaluable reggae library, holding over 4,000 recordings and 200 album titles.
